Medical Information Officer

Job Description:

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you will provide assistance and value added service to all callers by handling all enquiries, appointments, admissions, emergencies, accommodations and travel arrangements that would result in heightened customer satisfaction.

  • To provide and deliver assistance with value-added service to ensure the highest quality of friendly, personal and efficient customer service
  • To provide assistance for enquiries, referrals, specialist appointments, admissions (including evacuation) and other support requirements
  • To coordinate and work closely with other departments, hospitals staff and specialists doctors
  • To ensure that relevant information is maintained in the Customer Relationship Management system
  • To provide accurate and timely feedback to management on pertinent issues.

Requirements:

  • At least “O” levels with credit in English
  • Experience in customer service / marketing / sales / call centre
  • Good team-player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant disposition, patient, empathetic, and diplomatic
  • Passion for customer servicing
  • Maintain high standards and display positive work attitude
  • Typing and computer skills
  • Good command of English (required) and Mandarin (preferred)
